We’re excited to extend our opening hours and welcome customers to Willow Burn Boutique on Mondays. To make this possible, we’re looking for a dedicated Duty Volunteer to lead the shop each Monday and support the boutique in day-to-day operations.
Role Description
In this role, you’ll help maintain the high standards of service our donors and customers expect. Tasks include opening and closing the shop, receiving, sorting and preparing stock for sale. Merchandising goods for sale, customer service on the shop floor and checkout, general housekeeping duties.
You can choose to volunteer for the full day, or share the responsibility with another volunteer as part of a split shift.
Comprehensive training and practice shifts will be provided before our Monday opening.
