Berry’s Jewellers Newcastle has been announced as the headline sponsor for the Willow Burn Hospice Diamonds and Pearls Ball in March 2024.
The event, hosted by Alfie Joey at Beamish Hall Winter Gardens, will be held on Friday 1st March 2024 with live music from Borderland and a show-stopping diamond raffle. All income raised at the event will fund vital end of life care and bereavement support in Derwentside.
Store Manager, David Nicholson and Berry’s Jewellers Newcastle have been supporters of the hospice for many years now, raising in excess of £17,000 through a diamond raffle and a charity golf day in partnership with Aston Martin Newcastle at Close House.

“Last year’s ball raised over £25,000, which has funded 10 full days of in-patient care at Willow Burn, and this certainly wouldn’t have been possible without sponsors like Berry’s.

Sponsorship packages for the Diamonds and Pearls Ball start at £500 and tickets are £49.00 each/tables of 10 - £490.00. Tickets include a welcome drink, three-course meal and live entertainment. Businesses sponsoring a table at next year’s ball include Amethyst Homes, EMG Solicitors, Marton Care, Rock 'n' Roll Campers and Team Valley Picture Framing.
