On Friday 4 October the cost to provide one day of care in the Sir Tom Cowie Day Care Centre has been kindly donated in loving memory of Marina Hope and Brenda Kings.
"Marina passed away aged 64 in January 2014 after a short battle with cancer.
She was cared for at home by the wonderful team at Willow Burn during her final weeks.
The care Marina received from Willow Burn still brings comfort to the family to this day. The family feel that Marina has missed out on so much family time in the last ten years.
In memory of Marina, on her much loved grandson Matthew's wedding day to Robyn, a donation has been made to give the gift of day care on 4 October 2024.
Brenda passed away in January 2023 from cancer.
Brenda had been looking so looking forward to her grandson's wedding and had been considering her options for outfits as she loved fashion.
A donation to give the gift of day care on 4 October 2024 has been made by the family on the day of her much loved grandson, Matthew's wedding to Robyn.
Both Marina and Brenda are very much loved and missed."
