On Tuesday 5 September, the costs to operate the Helen McArdle In-Patient Wing for 24 hours have been donated by Urban Base, Distinctive Homes.
Urban Base has supported Willow Burn Hospice for a number of years and we are honoured that the team have chosen to support the hospice on the anniversary the business was launched, 18 years ago.
Jan Dale, Director, said:
"I was initially introduced to Willow Burn by our Bank Manager, Dave Carmen to Paul Jackson (Willow Burn's Chairman). We were made to feel so welcome and realised what an amazing service the team offered to the region at such sensitive times of life. How could we not support further. It is an absolute privilege.
We have attended some amazing events, and actively promote the hospice to our community, we have also contributed financial donations to offer extended support.
Willow Burn team are a delight to know and have widened our network of business community by attending events."
