Gift of a Day in Memory of Tony Black

On Saturday 12 November the costs to operate the Helen McArdle In-Patient Wing have been donated in loving memory of Tony Black.

"Our family are entirely grateful for the care and support that Willow Burn Hospice provided to Tony Black, our beloved dad and grandad, during his final days in November last year. Sadly, Tony passed away on 10 November 2021, less than 3 weeks after his wife, and our mam and nana, Joyce Black's death in October last year.

Tony was in Willow Burn for only about a week, but the care he received during this short time was incredible. The support we also received as a family meant so much and Willow Burn will always have a place in our hearts. Thank you for everything you did to care for Tony, our family and the incredible work you continue to do each day.”
